We are VAT registered. Our VAT number is available on request. All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the applicable UK rate will be added at checkout.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Captivair Pneumatics Ltd you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the version in force at the time of your order will apply.
3. Products & Orders
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. Product images are for illustration purposes only; specifications may vary.
Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when goods are despatched.
4. Pricing & VAT
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT (ex-VAT) unless otherwise stated. UK VAT at the standard rate (currently 20%) will be applied at checkout. The VAT-inclusive total will be clearly shown before you complete payment.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time of ordering.
5. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your card details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to UK Mainland addresses only. A flat-rate delivery charge of £10.49 (ex-VAT) applies to all orders regardless of size or weight.
Delivery is via DPD tracked service. Orders placed before 3:00pm on a working day are despatched the same day where stock permits. Delivery is typically next working day to most UK Mainland addresses, though this cannot be guaranteed.
Ireland and EU customers: We are unable to process online orders for delivery outside UK Mainland. Please contact us directly on 01474 334537 or sales@captivair.co.uk to discuss your requirements.
7. Returns & Refunds
We operate a 30-day returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price, provided:
- The item is returned in its original, unused condition and original packaging.
- You contact us before returning to obtain a returns authorisation.
- The item is not a special-order or custom-cut product.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product. We recommend using a tracked service. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.
For faulty or incorrectly supplied items please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
8. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty claims should be made through Captivair Pneumatics Ltd in the first instance. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, is the property of Captivair Pneumatics Ltd or its suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Captivair Pneumatics Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of products purchased from us. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the value of the relevant order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
