From a single machine drop to a full factory ring main, Captivair designs and installs complete compressed air systems built to last. We’ve been supplying and installing pneumatic systems since 1968, and our in-house engineers handle the whole job — survey, design, supply and fit — so you deal with one company from start to finish.

We supply and install the full Avelair range of British-made rotary screw compressors — sized correctly for your demand and set up on site by our engineers, complete with receiver, air treatment and pipework connection.

Bespoke control panels & assemblies

We don’t just run pipe. Our engineers build custom pneumatic control panels and assemblies to your specification — valve banks, manifolds, FRL and distribution built into a single tested unit, ready to drop in. It’s work most suppliers can’t offer, and it means you get a complete, ready-to-run solution rather than a box of parts.
