UK Mainland Delivery
We deliver to UK Mainland addresses only through our online shop.
A flat-rate delivery charge of £10.49 + VAT applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight. There is no minimum order value.
All orders are despatched via DPD tracked service. You will receive a tracking email from DPD once your order has been collected. Deliveries are typically made next working day to most UK Mainland addresses, though this is not guaranteed.
Orders placed before 3:00pm on a working day are despatched the same day where stock permits. Orders placed after 3:00pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be despatched the next working day.
Same-Day Despatch
We hold over 15,000 product lines in stock at our Gravesend, Kent warehouse. The vast majority of orders are despatched on the same day they are placed (subject to the 3:00pm cut-off).
If an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you promptly to advise on lead times or offer an alternative.
Ireland & EU Orders
Our online shop does not currently process orders for delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland or EU countries.
If you are based in Ireland or the EU and would like to place an order, please contact us directly — we regularly supply customers throughout Europe and can arrange a suitable delivery solution.

International & Worldwide Orders
We have experience supplying customers worldwide. Please contact our sales team to discuss international shipping options, costs and lead times for your location.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been despatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete address or failed delivery, re-despatch will incur an additional delivery charge.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@captivair.co.uk or call 01474 334537. Please retain all original packaging as this may be required for a carrier claim.
