• METAL SHEAR (MAX. PLATE WIDTH 760MM): A guillotine function uses a scissor action blade to cut sheet metal cross a fixed position to max. width of 760mm. Max. shearing thickness 1mm. Fitted with a clamp bar for holding sheet metal in place and an adjustable backstop to measure depth of cut.
• METAL FOLDER: Ideal for folding and shaping sheet metal as part of production and manufacturing processes. Max. bending angle 90°. Max. bending thickness 1mm. Perfect for creating steel box fabrications and enclosures for circuitry and electronics. Adjustable folding formers allow for various sized items to be produced. Metal formers allow for easy folding of enclosures and varying lengths of metal to be folded.
• PYRAMID ROLLER: 3 adjustable pyramid rollers allow sheet metal to be bent and rolled repeatedly to desired specification. Min. rolling diameter 39mm. Max. rolling thickness 1mm. Ideal for forming metal tubes, ducting and rings of varying thicknesses and diameters. Safety cover guard included for added user safety and storage.
• ADJUSTABLE MACHINE HANDLE: A multi-function handle, fixed to the machine, performs all 3 machine processes. This adjustable from left to right, allowing the user to apply the necessary pressure to each process.
