The SIP 10,000w Induction Heater is perfect for pre-heated welded fabrications, heat treatment and various manufacturing processes. This induction heater is designed for use in heavy-duty industrial applications.

The induction torch quickly and safely reaches high operating temperatures and uses a liquid cooling system to prevent the cable and torch from overheating. This maximises performance and protects the user’s hands from the heat produced.

This induction heater kit uses an all-electric process which offers greater safety levels compared to oxyacetylene and other methods which use a naked flame.

Applications & uses: Ideal for heavy-duty industrial applications. Perfect for pre-heated welded fabrications and heat treatment. Suitable for use in manufacturing processes such as metal stress releasing welding distortion and component assembly.

• POWERFUL & COMPACT (10,000W): Features a 4mtr induction cable torch with ‘one-touch’ trigger and contact heating pad. Mobile unit delivers fast, safe and efficient heat quickly via the 10kW inverter power module.
• LIQUID-COOLED INDUCTION CABLE & TORCH: A 10ltr coolant tank maintains integrity of the induction coils and keeps torch handle cool for long product life. A flow switch protects the unit by ensuring the correct coolant fluid level is maintained.
• INTEGRATED FAN-COOLED RADIATOR: Water returned from the induction torch enters a 6-fan-cooled radiator system. This is connected via a pipe system to the 10ltr coolant tank.
• STURDY & ROBUST: Solid-frame mobile unit with hard-wearing tyres and lockable swivel castors. Large internal case for heat-cooling and induction performance.
• EASY-TO-USE DESIGN: Touchpad buttons adjust and 8-setting multi-level induction power display indicator. Indicator LEDs show mains supply present, cooling enabled and heating status.
