The SIP 1200w Handheld Induction Heater Kit is ideal for heating and releasing rusted-on or hard-to-move parts such as nuts, bolts and fastenings.

Designed for garages, automotive environments and workshops, this kit is supplied with 4 interchangeable induction heating coils which perform a variety of heat treatment tasks with precision and ease.

Easy to control and highly efficient, this induction heater kit safely operates with a recommended duty cycle of 2mins ON / 2mins OFF to maintain the cooling and integrity of the induction heating coils.

This plug-and-play solution heats an M8 nut to 300°C in 120 seconds using an all-electric process. This offers greater levels of safety compared to oxyacetylene and other methods which use a naked flame.

Applications & uses: Ideal for garage and automotive environments. Suitable for workshop uses. Supplied Helix Coils are suitable for heating seized bolts, fastenings and M12 and M16 nuts. Flat Coil is suitable for sheet metal shrinkage or removing vehicle graphics and stickers. Flexi-Induction Coil is suitable for placing around tubes, metal fixings and hard-to-reach objects.
