The SIP 4″ Belt Linisher is designed for removing sharp edges and burrs from workpieces and finishing metalwork products. This includes cleaning and grinding of products, tubes and profiles. Ideal for metals including mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel.

With a high-quality and long-lasting zirconium bonded belt, this linisher is essential for professional metalwork, engineering and fabrication workshop processes.

• TWO-POINT BELT ACCESS FOR VERSATILE USE IN A VARIETY OF LINISHING APPLICATIONS: This versatile machine has 2 accessible working points (wheel and full platen) for a range of linishing tasks. Belt speed runs at 19mtr/sec for robust application use. An adjustable tool support ensures workpiece makes accurate contact with the wheel. An adjustable belt tracker is fitted to ensure abrasive belt is centralised at all times.
• 100MM X 1220MM ZIRCONIUM BONDED BELT OFFERS SUPERIOR DURABILITY & HEAT RESISTANCE IN USE: Long-lasting zirconium bonded belt for smoothing and finishing a variety of metal types. This includes mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
• QUICK-RELEASE BELT CHANGES VIA ACCESS PANEL HELPS REDUCE MACHINE DOWNTIME: The abrasive zirconium bonded belt can be quickly released and replaced using an easy-access panel.
• METAL DUST EXTRACTION PORT ALLOWS PAIRING WITH A DUST EXTRACTION SOLUTION: A 100mm metal dust extraction port to be paired with the SIP Metal Dust Collector (01996, sold separately).
• VERSATILE BENCH OR FLOOR-MOUNTABLE DESIGN USING SUPPLIED ACCESSORIES: Purpose-built steel stand allows the linisher to be bench-mounted or floor-mountable using the pedestal extension.
