Description

The SIP SUB 3040 Water Pump is ideal for draining clean water from a flooded cellar, basement, small water or collection tank, work site, well, or hot tub. Clean water is considered to be free from large particle contamination.

Water pumps can help prevent costly damage to property or work areas from recurring rainwater or groundwater. This pump can also be used for a variety of garden maintenance purposes and is suited for intermittent use. Not for permanent installation.

• POWERFUL BRUSHLESS INDUCTION MOTOR (400W / 1 0.5HP): Draws water at a max. flow rate of 9000ltr/hr through an impeller at the pump base. The heavy-duty wound motor is durable and lightweight.
• FITTED FLOAT SWITCH: Ensures the pump functions unaided when the activation depth (360mm) is reached. This prevents the pump from running dry and overheating when in use.
• MAX. 6MTR PUMPING HEAD: Discharges water flow to a max. height of 6mtr through hose or pipe connected to the pump outlet. This ensures the intended area or item is drained quickly.
• PARTICLE CAPACITY: Suitable for draining water with particles to max. diameter of 5mm.
• LIGHTWEIGHT & COMPACT DESIGN: Includes a carry handle for portability and lowering into water (7mtr max. operating depth). A mounted power cable hook provides added safety.
• HIGH-GRADE CARBON STEEL PUMP SHAFT: High-tensile strength compound for long life use.
